Our office at Pacific House in Carlisle sits right on the Scotland to England border, which puts us close to many different businesses right across the wider region, on both sides of the border.
We look after businesses in Carlisle and the surrounding areas. The wider patch runs west across North West Cumbria to Workington, Whitehaven, Cockermouth and Wigton, and north over the border to Dumfries, Annan, Gretna and Moffat. Penrith and the South Lakes are within reach.
It's a big patch, but it's ours. An engineer is never far, in-person visits are part of the service, and you get the same support wherever you are: monitoring, cyber security, Microsoft 365, infrastructure, broadband, mobile, and day-to-day help that keeps everything running smoothly.

Carlisle (our base)
Our office is Pacific House on the north side of Carlisle, so the city is home turf. From firms in the centre to businesses out at Kingstown and Parkhouse, we are minutes away when something needs hands on it.
Penrith & the Eden Valley
A straight run down the M6 puts an engineer in Penrith inside the hour. We support shops, agricultural businesses and offices across the Eden Valley, with remote help for the day to day and on-site visits when needed.
Workington, Whitehaven & the West Coast
The west coast is a regular route for us: Workington, Whitehaven, Cockermouth and Maryport. We keep connectivity and IT steady in places where good local support can be hard to come by.
Kendal & the South Lakes
Kendal and the South Lakes are well within reach. We help offices, hospitality and holiday-let businesses across the south of the county, including the WiFi tourism sites lean on through a busy season.
Dumfries & South West Scotland
Sitting on the border means Scotland is close. We cross regularly into Dumfries, Annan, Gretna, Lockerbie and Moffat, with the same on-site support we offer south of the line.

East along the A69 we cover Haltwhistle, Hexham and the West Northumberland corridor. An easy run from Carlisle, so you are not waiting on someone travelling up from far away.
